Dragora is een licht hoppig blond bier van Enigma Brewery met een perfecte balans tussen hoppige bitterheid en moutige heerlijkheid. De gist die voor dit bier wordt gebruikt, staat erom bekend het hoparoma en de smaak te versterken. Dragora is dan ook met 5 soorten hoppen gebrouwen: Simcoe, Mosaic, Citra, Amarillo en Centennial.

Het resultaat is een zeer fruitig aroma en smaak, waarbij de bitterheid niet overheerst met een licht bittere aanzet en een lichtzoete nasmaak. Op het etiket is de legende van Sint-Gorik afgebeeld die een draak zou verslaan hebben aan de oevers van de Zenne in Brussel.

Dragora is a light and hoppy blond beer that finds the perfect balance between bitterness and malty richness. The specially chosen yeast enhances the hop aroma and flavor, which is further accentuated by the addition of Simcoe, Mosaic, Citra, Amarillo and Centennial hops during the dry-hopping process. The result is a fruity smell and taste that is not too bitter, with a slight bitterness in the beginning and a sweet aftertaste.

The label art depicts the legendary battle between St-Gery and a fierce dragon. The dragon had wreaked havoc in the medieval city of Brussels until St-Gery, who is depicted as a brewer, fought and defeated the beast with a mash and hops, while the dragon guarded a cup of yeast. For Enigma, this epic battle represents the ongoing struggle brewers face to create a delicious and satisfying beer.
